Just ran a 5k

Just got back from a 5k that I ran. I am not happy with it but at the same time I am happy with it. The reason why I'm not happy with about a mile into the run my hands froze up on me. So it made me slow down because in my mind I was thinking I'm going to have to drop out. That is why I'm not happy with the run. The reason why I'm happy with the run is that I got the run done in 29:07 and it was my first run I have ever done.

Am I ready

For those that don't know I'm running a 5k tomorrow and in getting excited for it. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to sleep tonight but I'm going to try. Today at work was a little slow but good. It was a pretty laid back day be I still got a lot done.

Monday

Today was a good day. Life has been crazy busy but good. The new iPod touch has a problem with the screen. Up by the front camera if you push on the display it changes color. I went to the Mac story and all the iPod touches do it. So I done know if they have a plan to fix it but they should. Other then that I like my new IPod. Apple has come far with technology but some times I don't understand some of the mistakes they have been. I would still buy iPod touches tho. I think maybe they don't know about this one.

This month

Ok so this month has been a crazy one it seems like I have been really busy. Some times I think I get to busy some time. At work I had a class that taught me a new camera and it seemed to go well but unless you put it to practice it seems like you lose all that you learn. I put some of it to practice some of it I didn't. But some of what I was taught in the class I put to practice and I seem to still know that stuff. The other thing I have found out this month is that some people just like to blame everything on others. I have a co-work that when ever some happens to what he is working on. He well blame others because he truly doesn't know what is going on so therefore it has to be someone else. But it is ok because it turns out alot of the time it show about 70 percent of the time it is not anyone fault. Stuff that has electronic well go bad. You just have to hope it take time. It sucks but it does happen to not only electronic but everything. Everything wears out.

It has been a while again but life is going pretty good. I just got done with a class at work. That was a great class I enjoyed it. It was a week long class and it was totally worth it Life can always be better but I think everyone know and feels that way. I think life goes that way so we love the times that it is going great. that is about all I have to leave the people that might check my paper out.
